Lately I have been so busy with everything going on in my life I haven’t had the opportunity to post as much as I would like. I can’t believe I am still posting from my trip to NYC that was almost 3 weeks ago. I sat down today and made some strategies on how to stay consistent with my blog posts. I am planning on doing 3 fashion posts, and rotating 1 beauty, lifestyle, or inspiration post during the week. Hopefully I will stick to this plan because I’m not working full time this summer so I do have a lot of time on my hands. My next few posts are amazing and I can’t wait to share them with you guys so stay tuned. 🙂

While I was in New York I had the opportunity of shooting with an amazing photographer for Runaway Style. Brandon’s work is absolutely incredible, and being only 20 years old I can only imagine the bright future he gets to look forward to. It was fun to get to spend the afternoon with him and learn about what life is like in NYC. It makes me wonder about all the things I would do if I lived there.
SoHo was definitely my favourite place in NYC. I loved the cobblestone roads, architecture, cleanliness, and the friendly vibe everyone gave off. It almost reminded me of Vancouver in some way. Conveniently our hotel was right in the heart of SoHo, which made it a perfect destination for me to wander off alone. Not to mention randomly running into model Karlie Kloss in the middle of a photo shoot.
Here I am wearing a complete outfit I picked up during the trip, featuring my new Chloe Drew Bag (it’s my baby).
Hey guys! I’m finally back with a new post for you from my trip to New York. I have a few posts that I am so excited to share with you from my trip. This was my very first time visiting NYC and let me tell you.. I was definitely not disappointed. In fact, I’m already planning another trip to go there within the next few months.
In these photos we visited the Brooklyn Bridge and the infamous Gay Street in West Village. I didn’t get many photos from the Brooklyn Bridge because we went while there was a marathon going on so it was PACKED. eek! But these were some of my favs. On Gay Street it was so quiet which I loved. I took some photos of the street to really capture how beautiful it actually was. It was so clean and looked like it was supposed to be a movie set.
